CACER, C.A. is located in Ciudad Bolívar, where it provides Medical Surgical Services and Aesthetic and Dental Treatments. Our team is made up of Dr. Irma Zamora Valor, who is our Administrative Manager and Dr. Celestino Zamora Montes de Oca who is the Medical Director.

This center was established on March 14, 1998 with the initial objective of providing a top notch Ambulatory Medical Service, where the patient could be discharged on the very same day of the procedure, in good shape. This was accomplished through the proper classification of the patient and the pathology, which allowed for the patient’s early release.

However, we have not only broadened our horizons but we have also extended our center of operations, which now allows us to offer a hospitalization suite for patients requiring as such.
